Twitter CEO Hacked

Twitter supremo, Jack Dorsey, has been forced to suffer the indignity of being hacked on his own social media platform:

OurMine has been hard at work this year. Prior to hacking Jack Dorsey they exposed Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg's terrible password choice as well as Google's Sundar Pichai.

Hopefully readers will learn from the mistakes of Dorsey, Zuckerberg, Pichai and Tunji Andrews, by making use of the multitude of security techniques and tools to keep their own online accounts secure:

1. A password manager to create (and store) strong passwords - e.g. Keepass
2. Enable twitter's "login verification" mechanism. Twitter will send an entry code to your smartphone whenever you attempt to log into your account.

The above are strong barriers against unauthorized access.
